Wir betreiben an vier Standorten in den Landkreisen Schwalm-Eder, Vogelsberg und Marburg-Biedenkopf fünf Einrichtungen der stationären Altenpflege und des Betreuten Wohnens. An unserem Hauptsitz im nordhessischen Schwalmstadt ist zudem ein Ambulanter Pflegedienst ansässig.

# Pflegefachkraft (QN 4) im ambulanten Pflegedienst (m/w/d)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Beratung und Anleitung von Klienten und Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und anderen Berufsgruppen
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität

## Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/ -mann (auch z.B. Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freue am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
