## Pflegefachkraft Seniorenwohnen Berlin-Buch (m/w/d)

Im PARITÄTISCHEN Seniorenwohnen engagieren sich an fünf großen Pflegestandorten in Lichtenberg und Pankow über 500 Mitarbeitende. Dabei werden sie vom ersten Tag an vertrauensvoll, empathisch und wertschätzend durch unsere Führungskräfte und das Team Karriere begleitet. Für unser Seniorenwohnen am Schloßpark suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

# Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Sämtliche Leistungen der Grund– und Behandlungspflege
  • Beratung von Klienten über medizinische, pflegerische und therapeutische Maßnahmen
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Palliativbegleitung

  • Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger /Altenpflegerin / Krankenpfleger / Krankenpflegerin (m/w/d)
  • Qualitativ hochwertige Durchführung pflegerisch-medizinischer Aufgaben
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
