Für unser Altenpflegeheim „Stadtmitte“ in Plauen suchen wir ab sofort eine\*n

Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

(exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Altenpfleger*in oder Pflegefachmann/-frau)

in Teilzeit (32 Wochenstunden) im Dreischichtdienst.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege auf Basis der pflegerischen und interdisziplinären Standards
  • administrative Aufgaben wie Pflegeplanung und Dokumentation
  • Umsetzung der Pflegekonzepte

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger\*in oder Altenpfleger\*in oder zum/zur Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • Qualifikation zum/zur Praxianleiter\*in wünschenswert
  • positive Einstellung zu pflegebedürftigen Menschen und ihren Angehörigen
  • fachliche Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Loyalität gegenüber dem Verein
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Fortbildungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
