  • Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Ausführen ärztlicher Verordnungen, Medikamentengabe
  • Beurteilen des Pflegezustandes der Patienten sowie Einleiten von Maßnahmen
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitarbeit bei der Pflegeplanung
  • Umsetzung von qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen sowie Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Blutdruck, Puls, Temperatur und Blutzucker messen, Mobilisation, regelmäßige Lagerung
  • Sie bringen diese Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit
  • Mit Berufserfahrung
