Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams im Altenpflegeheim „Rusches Hof“ in Osterweddingen suchen wir zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für die stationäre Pflege.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Durchführung der pflegerischen/betreuerischen Interventionen

Erstellung individueller Pflege-/Betreuungsplanung

fachliche Beratung, Information und Einbindung von Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Betreuern

fachgerechte Durchführung der ärztlich delegierten Maßnahmen

Kooperation mit weiteren an der Pflege beteiligten Personen

Ihr Profil:

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Teamgeist

fachliche Kompetenz und Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten

verständnisvollen Umgang mit Pflegebedürftigen und ihren Angehörigen
