Das Kraftwerk ist unsere Tagespflege in Osnabrück. Wir bieten unseren Gästen einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag mit professioneller Pflege, gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und viel Raum für Selbstständigkeit. Dafür suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft, die unsere Tagespflege als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung mitgestaltet und weiterentwickelt.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung der Tagespflege
  • Führung und Unterstützung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und fachgerechten Dokumentation
  • Planung und Organisation des Tagesablaufs
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Gäste, Angehörige und Mitarbeitende
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe und Qualitätsstandards

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Teamführung und an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative und Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen
