Wir sind eine kleine, ländliche Wohngemeinschaft in Pinnow bei Mölln mit Spezialisierung auf Bewohner/innen mit Demenzerkrankung.

Wir suchen

### Fachkräfte in der Pflege (m/w/d),

die mit dem Herzen dabei sind.

Kenntnisse in der Pflegeplanung SIS sind von Vorteil.

Wir bieten ein gutes Betriebsklima und eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Wir geben Ihnen die Möglichkeit sich in unser Team einzubringen und liebevoll und vertrauenswürdig unsere Mitbewohner/innen zu pflegen und zu betreuen.

Gesunde und frische Mahlzeiten sind uns wichtig, aus diesem Grund bekochen wir unsere Bewohner/innen selbst.

Bei einem Dreischichtsystem (Früh- Spät- und Nachtschicht) arbeiten Sie 30 - 40 Stunden pro Woche.

  • Wir zahlen ein attraktives Gehalt sowie alle Zuschläge, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, betriebliche Zuwendungen (z. B. Zahnersatz- und Sehhilfeversicherung, Osteopathie, Physiotherapie, etc.).
  • Außerdem bekommen Sie 32 Tage Urlaub im Jahr.

Falls Überstunden anfallen, werden sie nicht angespart, sondern immer für den aktuellen Monat ausgezahlt.
