Das Kölner Seniorenwerk Christophorus gGmbH ist ein Zentrum für Senioren in Köln-Zollstock, hier leben ca. 300 Menschen im betreutem Wohnen und unserem stationären Pflegebereich. Mit unserem häuslichen Pflegedienst Rosenpark Care werden viele Seniorinnen und Senioren in ihrem häuslichen Umfeld pflegerisch versorgt, betreut und beraten. (Die ambulante Pflege erfolgt überwiegend hier im Zentrum, ein Führerschein ist daher nicht zwingend erforderlich).

Die hier lebenden Menschen verdienen unsere Wertschätzung und Respekt. Durch unserem täglichen Einsatz unterstützen wir den Wunsch nach einem selbst bestimmten Leben, darauf sind wir sehr stolz.

ROSENPARK Care und ROSENPARK Home sind unsere Pflegebereiche für ambulante und stationäre Pflege in unserem Seniorenzentrum Rosenpark in Köln-Zollstock.

Gerade auch unsere Auszubildenden wollen wir gut betreut und auf die Prüfungen vorbereitet wissen, damit Sie nach erfolgreich absolvierter Prüfung selbstbewusst und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch als Pflegefachkräfte tätig werden dürfen.

Wir suchen eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) mit der Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Praxisanleitung unserer Auszubildenden der stationären und ambulanten Pflegebereiche
  • Pflege
  • Betreuung
  • Medikamentengabe
  • alle Tätigkeiten einer Pflegefachkraft.

Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im genannten Bereich ist erforderlich
  • Belastbarkeit und Freundlichkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit Senioren
