Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst zur Versorgung unserer Klienten in deren Häuslichkeiten

eine flexible Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst u.a.:

  • die Versorgung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie der sozialen Betreuung
  • z.B. Medikamentengabe, Durchführung Verbandswechsel, Setzen von Injektionen usw.
  • eigenständige Führung und Überprüfung von Pflegedokumentationen
  • Kontaktpflege und Beratung von Angehörigen

Sie verfügen über:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in oder als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • auch für Berufseinsteiger geeignet
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Engagement und Freude an der Arbeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
