Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) als stellvertretende Pflegedienstleitung

in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit in unserem Pflegeheim!

Das Ansgar Wohnstift Waren ist umgeben von einer wunderschönen Naturlandschaft am Tiefwarensee. Wir verfügen über 76 Einzelzimmer auf vier Wohnbereichen und einen großzügigen Garten mit Terrasse und Seeblick. Schon seit fünfzehn Jahren finden im Ansgar Wohnstift Waren alte Menschen eine liebevolle, von allen Pflegekassen anerkannte Pflegeumgebung vor. Die Würde und die Persönlichkeit unserer Bewohner stehen für uns dabei im Mittelpunkt. Ein wertschätzendes Arbeitsklima und eine stets positive Zusammenarbeit sind zentrale Punkte in unserer Unternehmenskultur.

  • Sie sind nach Ihrer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung zum Altenpfleger (m/w/d) in Ihrem Beruf mit ganzem Herzen dabei und gestalten den Alltag für unsere alternden und hilfsbedürftigen Bewohner angenehm.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ● Pflegerische Versorgung der Patienten
  • ● Sicherstellung der medizinischen Behandlung und Notfallversorgung
  • ● Beratung von unseren Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Betreuern
  • ● Führen der Pflegedokumentation
