Für den ambulanten Dienst und für die stationäre Einrichtung in Gefrees "Haus Am Bühl" suchen wir eine fleißige PflegeFACHkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS

  • Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung nach unserem Pflegekonzept zur Sicherstellung der Lebensqualität unserer Senioren
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation der ganzheitlichen Pflegeprozesse
  • Führung der Pflegedokumentation (EDV gestützt)
  • Anleitung und Beratung unserer Senioren und deren Angehörige

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft fachliches Wissen und Erfahrungen zu vermitteln
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Kommunikationskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ein wertschätzender und freundlicher Umgang mit unseren Senioren und deren Angehörige
  • Führerschein der Klasse B• Mindest-Deutsch-Sprachlevel liegt bei B2
