  • Wir würden uns über eine/n neue/n Mitarbeiter/in freuen, die wir in unserem Aktivpflege-Team begrüßen können.

Beschäftigungsumfang: Vollzeit, Teilzeit zu besetzen ab: sofort

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Behandlungspflegeleistungen nach ärztlicher Verordnung
  • Erbringung der Pflegesachleistungen nach Pflegeversicherungsgesetz
  • Durchführung der Pflegeplanung und Pflegedokumentation bei den Patienten
  • Kontaktpflege mit Ärzten, Apotheken und anderen im Pflegeprozess handelnden Einrichtungen und Personen
  • Beratung und Informationsweitergabe zum Thema Pflege
  • Kontaktpflege zu den Angehörigen und den Bezugspersonen im Lebensraum des Pflegebedürftigen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des vorhandenen Qualitätsmanagements
