Das AWO Altenpflegeheim "Anton Günther" ist eine Einrichtung des AWO Kreisverbandes Annaberg/Mittleres Erzgebirge e.V. Das 1998 erbaute Haus liegt am Rande des Ortskerns von Bärenstein und bietet 60 Plätze in 16 Doppel- und 28 Einzelzimmern.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Erstellung von Pflegeanamnesen und Pflegeplanungen
  • Medikamentenmanagement
  • Beratung der Bewohner und deren Angehörigen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpflegerin/Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in o.ä.
  • Leistungsfähigkeit, hohe fachliche, persönliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen
  • sach- und fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Identifikation mit den Zielen der AWO
  • Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Schichtarbeit
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse
