Das Regine-Kaufmann-Haus in Ilvesheim bietet 42 Pflegeplätze in Einzelzimmern und barrierefreie Wohnungen, in denen betreutes Wohnen möglich ist. Es ist ein Kooperationsprojekt der Heinrich-Vetter-Stiftung und des Caritasverbands Mannheim.

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege, alternativ in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Blick für die Bedürfnisse unserer pflegebedürftigen Bewohner:innen und das Einbringen von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in den Pflegeprozess
  • Empathie und soziale Kompetenz
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung

  • Eine situationsangepasste Planung und Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation des Pflegebedarfs und der Pflegemaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung
