Wir suchen ab sofort eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft oder Fachkräfte mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation für unser Angebot in Teilzeit.

Als Teil unseres interdisziplinären Teams unterstützt du gemeinsam mit uns bestmöglich die uns anvertrauten jungen Menschen. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet gemäß § 14 Abs. 2 TzBfG und wird nach den AVR der Diakonie Bayern [Entgeltgruppe E8] vergütet. Eine Übernahme in ein unbefristetes Beschäftigungsverhältnis wird angestrebt.

Wir sind eine Unterkunft für erwachsene Alleinstehende und Paare, die akut ihre Wohnung bzw. ihr Obdach verloren haben und sich daher in einer besonderen sozialen Notlage befinden. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich barrierefreie Zimmer. Begleitend bieten wir sozialpädagogische Hilfen und pflegerische Hilfen an. Gepflegt werden die Bewohnerinnen bei bedarf von ambulanten Pflegediensten. Nachts und am Wochenende muss nicht gearbeitet werden.

Aufnahmeprozesse begleiten

Beratung zur Pflege

Unterstützung bzw. anstoßen von Pflegeprozessen

Dokumentation uns Berichtswesen

Kontakt zu Behörden und relevanten Stellen des Gesundheitssystems

Angehörigenarbeit
