*Ihre Aufgaben bei uns *

  • Verantwortung für Durchführung der medizinischen Leistungen
  • Planung und Umsetzung der vereinbarten Pflegeleistungen
  • Pflegedokumentation nach Strukturmodell
  • Mitwirkung bei fachlicher Anleitung und Förderung von Pflegekräften
  • Unterstützung von Beratungseinsätzen
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der theoretischen und praktischen Pflegekompetenz
  • Beratung von Angehörigen und Klient:innen im Rahmen der Pflegerichtlinien und -standards
  • Für die Wohngemeinschaft: Präsenzkraft für die Bewohner

*Das bringen Sie mit *

  • Abgeschlossene Pflegefachkraft-Ausbildung (examiniert)
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten & strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative & absolute Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit & Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
  • Führerschein oder mobil mit dem Fahrrad
