  • Kompetente Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Hausärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
  • Fachspezifische Versorgung der pflegebedürftigen Bewohner
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der entsprechenden Pflegemaßnahmen.
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Anerkannte Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft, idealerweise mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationstalent
