Du willst Dich als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) - (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflege) - im Bereich der ambulanten Palliativversorgung engagieren?

Eigenverantwortlich deine Kompetenzen unter Beweis stellen und eine hochqualifizierte medizinische und psycho-soziale Versorgung für unsere Patienten und ihre Angehörigen leisten? Besonders im nachtdienst dich um die Notfallversorgung unserer Patient:innen kümmern? Ggf. nächtliche palliative Notfallaufnahmen durchführen?

Unser ambulantes Palliative-Care-Team bietet Dir in Zusammenarbeit mit Palliativmedizinern, die Möglichkeit Deine Kompetenz im Bereich Pflege, Medizin und Psycho-Sozialer Versorgung einzusetzen.

Im Rahmen der spezialisierten ambulanten Palliativversorgung (SAPV) arbeiten wir in enger Teamarbeit mit unseren kooperierenden Fachärzten zusammen und versorgen nahezu ausschließlich Palliativpatienten aller Altersgruppen im Hamburger Stadtgebiet.
