A.I.B. steht für Ambulante Intensivpflege Bayern . Seit 2008 sind wir bayernweit im Einsatz und betreuen schwerkranke, intensivpflichtige und meist beatmete Menschen in liebevoll gestalteten Wohngemeinschaften.

In Manching bieten unsere Wohngruppen Lucy , die wir 2012 und Luis , die wir 2015 eröffnet haben ein sicheres und familiäres Zuhause für insgesamt 13 PatientInnen. Beide WGs verfügen über großzügige Aufenthaltsbereiche, Küchen, Sanitärräume sowie Außenflächen – eine Terrasse für Lucy und einen Balkon für Luis. Ärzte, eine Apotheke und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem erreichbar.

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Versorgung unserer PatientInnen
  • Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei tracheotomierten und/oder beatmeten PatientInnen
  • Überwachung der Beatmungs- und Vitalparameter sowie die Krankenbeobachtung inklusive Notfallmanagement
  • Begleitung unserer PatientInnen im Alltag

### Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie & Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und eigenständigem Arbeiten
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Intensivpflege ist wünschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
  • → Der Basiskurs außerklinische Beatmung kann bei uns jederzeit absolviert werden
