Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Durchführung einer individuellen, aktivierenden und ressourcenorientierten Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Patienten
  • · Multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Berufsgruppen und Fachbereichen
  • · Durchführung von Notfallmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachärzten
  • · Anleitung, Schulung und Beratung von Patienten und Angehörigen

Anforderungen

  • · Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft
  • · Weiterbildung zur Stroke Nurse oder Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • · Eine hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • · Engagiertes, motiviertes und freundliches Auftreten
  • · Selbstständiges, verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten im Team sowie Organisationstalent
  • · Eigenständige Bedienung von medizinischen/technischen Geräten, z. B. Monitorüberwachung
  • · Wertschätzender Umgang mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Kollegen
