Das CURATA Haus Svenja ist eine kleine, familiäre Einrichtung im Grünen von Bad Oeynhausen, die 44 Senioren ein neues Zuhause bietet. Unser qualifiziertes und motiviertes Team fördert Zugehörigkeit und Geborgenheit.

  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • ✓ Du hast eine Ausbildung als examinierter Altenpfleger*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Krankenschwester oder Pflegefachmann/-frau erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • ✓ Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (wünschenswert)
  • ✓ Du empfindest die Arbeit mit unseren Bewohnern als Berufung
  • ✓ Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist dabei jedoch selbständig unterwegs
  • ✓ Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikativ und hast Spaß bei der Arbeit
  • Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:
  • ✓ Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • ✓ Durchführung von Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sowie Anleitung von Mitarbeitern
  • ✓ Teilnahme an bzw. Durchführung von in- und externen Qualitätsprüfungen
  • ✓ Führen von EDV-gestützten Statistiken zum Risiko-Management
  • ✓ Grund- und Behandlungspflege älterer und pflegebedürftiger Bewohner*innen
