  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erfüllung der anfallenden Tätigkeiten
  • Gestaltung und Überwachung des gesamten Pflegeprozesses
  • Einhaltung des Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards
  • Ansprechperson für Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen, MDK sowie für Angehörige und Betreuende
