Pflegefachkräfte (w/m/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten in Pflegetouren
  • sach- und fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • digitale Pflegedokumentation
  • hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Unterstützung der selbstständigen Lebensführung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem interprofessionellen Team mit Angehörigen, Ärzt:innen und allen an der Pflege beteiligten

Wir wünschen uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Pflegefachmann/-frau
  • Freude am Arbeiten mit den anvertrauten Menschen in deren häuslicher Umgebung
  • Teamspirit, Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Kritikfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Interesse an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC und Tablet
