Ihre Aufgaben

  • · Eigenverantwortliche Versorgung und -betreuung von Patienten aus der Zentralen Notaufnahme bis zur Verlegung auf die Fachabteilungen bzw. bis zur Entlassung von Kurzliegern
  • · Sicherstellung einer optimalen Ablauforganisation und Begleitung der interdisziplinären Visiten
  • · Verantwortung für den reibungslosen pflegerischen und administrativen Ablauf unter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards
  • · Durchführung einer qualifizierten Pflegedokumentation und Unterstützung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

Anforderungen

  • · Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur examinierten Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • · Hohes Interesse an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sowie eine positive und freundliche Ausstrahlung
  • · Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • · Patientenorientiertes Arbeiten
  • · Selbstständige, verantwortungsvolle und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • · Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
