Die Asklepios Klinik Fürstenhof in Bad Wildungen sucht dich als

Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) für die Neurologie in Voll\- oder Teilzeit

### DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Fachgerechte Pflege und aktivierende Betreuung unserer neurologischen Patient:innen
  • Förderung der Mobilität sowie Unterstützung von Wahrnehmung und Selbstständigkeit
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation pflegerischer Maßnahmen nach aktuellen Standards
  • Überwachung der Vitalparameter und frühzeitiges Erkennen von Veränderungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team aus Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards

### DEIN PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits\- und Krankenpfleger:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der neurologischen Pflege oder Rehabilitation
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Drei-Schicht-System
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patient:innen
  • Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung und moderner Pflege
