Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Betreuung, Förderung und Begleitung von Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung
  • Erstellung und Evaluierung von individuellen Teilhabeplänen sowie die Umsetzung der Ziele und Maßnahmen
  • Medikamentenmanagement in der Wohngruppenversorgung
  • anleitende Grundpflege

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Pflege (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in, Altenpfleger*in, Kinderkrankenpfleger\*in bzw. Pflegefachmann/-frau)
  • die Fähigkeit zum verantwortungsvollen und respektvollen Umgang mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur Ausübung von Feiertags-, Wochenend-, und Schichtdiensten
