## Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Assistenz und fachliche Begleitung von pflegebedürftigen Menschen
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses mittels moderner IT-Technik
  • Individuelle Unterstützung und Förderung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Alltag
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuern und behandelnden Ärzten

### Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
