Die Pflegeambulanz Löcken GmbH ist ein Team von Pflegefachkräften, Pflegeassistenten und Haushaltshilfen, die dazu beitragen wollen, dass kranke, alternde und sterbende Menschen in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung versorgt und gepflegt werden können.

Für den Einsatz im ambulanten Dienst suchen wir:

Pflegefachkräfte (gn).

Der Führerschein ist zwingend notwendig um unsere Kunden zu erreichen.

Zu unseren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Grundpflege
  • Behandlungspflege
  • Kinderkrankenpflege
  • Palliativpflege / -care
  • Sterbebegleitung
  • Betreuung Demenzkranker
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung
  • Beratungsgespräche nach § 37,3 SGB XI
