In unserer Einrichtung betreuen Sie gemeinsam mit einem engagierten Team unsere Bewohner:Innen mit unterschiedlichen Pflegebedarfen und sorgen für eine individuelle, wertschätzende Versorgung im Alltag. Der Einsatz erfolgt im Schichtdienst und umfasst sowohl die Grund- als auch – je nach Qualifikation – die Behandlungspflege.

Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Voll-/ oder Teilzeitstelle bei einem Bruttogehalt nach AVR Diakonie. Zusätzlich gibt es Zuschläge für Sonn- und Feiertage, 31 Tage Urlaub, ein halbes Gehalt zu Weihnachten sowie (bei positiver Billanz) auch zum Sommer. Regelmäßige Mitarbeiterevents (z.B.: Neujahrsempfang) werden geboten.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen dabei: Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege (Körperpflege, Mobilisation, Ernährung), Durchführung der Behandlungspflege (bei examinierten Pflegefachkräften), Dokumentation der Pflegemaßnahmen, Begleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner:Innen im Alltag sowie die Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und interdisziplinärem Austausch.
Wir wünschen uns von Ihnen Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit. Pflegehelfer:Innen sollten idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Pflege mitbringen, während Pflegefachkräfte über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im pflegerischen Bereich verfügen. Wichtig ist uns vor allem eine wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber unseren Bewohner:innen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in den Pflegealltag einzubringen.
