Der Caritasverband für Stuttgart e.V. ist der Wohlfahrtsverband der Katholischen Kirche in Stuttgart. Das Kindergästehaus ist eine Einrichtung der Behindertenhilfe und bietet für Familien mit Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung ein breit gefächertes Angebot an familienentlastenden Diensten.

Wir suchen ab sofort für unser Kindergästehaus mehrere

Pflegefachkräfte / Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) Stellenumfang 30 – 40 %

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Schichtleitung (Dienst- und Fachaufsicht) in der Kurzzeit- und Tagesbetreuung an ausgewählten Wochenenden und in allen Schulferien
  • Pflege und Betreuung der Kinder mit Beeinträchtigung, Planung des Betreuungsalltags

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung und Freude im Umgang mit besonderen Kindern
  • Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Größtmögliche Flexibilität für den Schichtdienst
  • Hohes Maß an selbstständigem Denken und Handeln
