Das Seniorenzentrum Haus Abendfrieden ist eine Einrichtung der stationären Altenhilfe in Oberhausen, in der 172 Bewohner aller Pflegegrade auf sechs Wohnbereichen nach hohen Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards gepflegt werden.

Für unsere Einrichtung suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Planung der Pflege nach Strukturmodell (SIS)
  • Führen einer EDV-gestützten Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität zum Wohle der Bewohner

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Alten-/Gesundheits- und Kranken-/Kinderkrankenpflege)
  • hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
  • einen freundlichen, wertschätzenden Umgang mit Bewohnern und Angehörigen
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
