Für unsere Einrichtungen in der Region Rottenburg am Neckar suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in allen Schichten / Nachtwache / Voll- und Teilzeit / geringfügige Beschäftigung.

Sie sollten mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Altenpflege o. ä.
  • Eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige, individuelle Pflege und Aktivierung unserer Bewohner
  • Durchführung der fachgerechten IT-gestützten Dokumentation (Godo) und sicheren Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Therapeuten und Ärzten
