  • Für Patienten mit außerklinischem Intensivpflegebedarf sucht unser Unternehmen CareCom zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt qualifizierte Pflegekräfte in dem Bereich 1:1 Pflege für den Kreis Kaiserslautern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung der professionellen Pflege in Bezug auf Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Zufriedenheit der Bewohner/innen und Angehörigen
  • Funktion als Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Bewohner/innen, Angehörige, Ärzte und Apotheken
  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege und Betreuung in Absprache mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Grund- und behandlungspflegerische Aufgaben
  • Übernahme von rehabilitierenden Maßnahmen und soziale Betreuung
  • computergestützte Pflegedokumentation

Qualifikationserfordernisse:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur examinierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d), Altenpfleger/in (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifizierung
  • Zusatzqualifikation Außerklinische Beatmung oder 1 Jährige Erfahrung in der ambulanten Intensivpflege
  • wertschätzende Einstellung gegenüber den Bewohnern
  • gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, soziale Kompetenz
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Einsatzfreude
