Wir sind der ambulante Pflegedienst Schleswig Holstein mit Standorten in Henstedt-Ulzburg, Pinneberg und Bad Segeberg.  Als verlässlicher Partner bieten wir Menschen Unterstützung von der Grundpflege über medizinische Versorgung bis hin zur Hilfe im Haushalt und liebevollen Begleitung im Alltag. So ermöglichen wir unterstützungsbedürftigen Menschen ein selbst bestimmtes Leben in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause.

### Zur Unterstützung unserer Teams an den Standorten suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte Pflege und medizinische Versorgung unserer Kunden im häuslichen Umfeld. Neben der Durchführung von Behandlungsmaßnahmen wie Medikamentengabe oder Wundversorgung sind Sie eine wichtige Vertrauensperson für Kunden und Angehörige. Mit Ihrer Expertise tragen Sie entscheidend dazu bei, dass unsere Klienten sicher und selbst bestimmt in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung leben können.

Für die Fahrten zwischen den Haushalten benötigen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
