Die Senioren-Residenz Parkhöhe in Lindenfels bietet 165 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein Zuhause mit bester Lebensqualität – und den Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld. Viele Hilfsmittel, die heimelige Atmosphäre und die freundliche Architektur unterstützen den Arbeitsalltag.

Für unsere Senioren-Residenz Parkhöhe in Lindenfels suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Pflege, Versorgung, Betreuung und Sicherstellung der Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung der Pflegeplanung und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Ärzte und Angehörige
  • Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in oder als examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Handlungsfeldern der Pflegepraxis
  • Hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
