Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d)

  • für die Betreuung eines 35-jährigen pflegebedürftigen Mannes in der Pflegestufe 5 für eine 24/7 Betreuung.
  • Die Stelle ist teilbar auf zwei bis vier Personen (je nach Stundenzahl)

Wir bieten:

  • Teilzeittätigkeit im Schichtdienst (versch. Arbeitszeitmodell in Absprache möglich)
  • Gehalt in Anlehnung an TVöD
  • auch ein vorheriges Praktikum zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen wäre möglich

Aufgaben:

  • Grundpflege (waschen und ankleiden)
  • Transfer Bett in Rollstuhl und umgekehrt (mit Lifter)
  • medizinische Versorgung (Wundbehandlung)
  • Gabe von Medikamenten über PEG (perkutane endoskopische Gastrostomie)
  • Aktivierung des Patienten

Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau gerne mit Kenntnissen in der Intensivpflege (aber nicht Bedingung)
  • Sie können sich auf deutsch verständigen
