Wir suchen für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst nach Fachkräften aus der Pflege - gerne auch Personen, die die einjährige Teilumschulung zum/r Pflegefachhelfer\*in absolviert haben. Die Anstellung kann in Teilzeit erfolgen (bis. 30 Std/Woche nach Dienstplan).

*Deine Aufgaben: *

  • Durchführung von Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kunden:innen
  • Digitale Dokumentation der Pflege
  • Informationsaustausch innerhalb des Teams
  • Gewährleistung der Pflege
  • und Betreuungsstandards sowie kontinuierliche Qualitätssicherung und -optimierung

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Pflege ODER mit Vorerfahrung zur Pflegehilfskraft in der Pflege

  • Motivation und Spaß bei der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenverantwortung
  • Motivation Rufdienste zu übernehmen
  • gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
