Das Senioren- und Pflegeheim Haus an der Weiß ist eine vollstationäre Einrichtung für vorwiegend pflegebedürftige Senior\*innen. Es verfügt über 82 Pflegeplätze. Ziel ist eine je nach individuellen Gegebenheiten größtmögliche und selbstständige Teilhabe am gemeinschaftlichen Leben innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses.

Für diese Aufgaben brauchen wir Sie ab sofort:

Pflegefachkräfte in TZ/VZ/GfB

  • -Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • -fachgerechte Dokumentation des gesamten Pflegeprozesses
  • -gemeinschaftlich im Team Pflegequalität und Zufriedenheit der Bewohner\*innen sicherstellen

Das setzen wir voraus:

  • -abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • -selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und dabei teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten, Empathie und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • -Kreativität und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
