Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege, Versorgung, Betreuung und Sicherstellung der Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Wundversorgung und -prophylaxe sowie Vermeidung oder Minimierung der Schmerzbelastung
  • Erstellung der Pflegeplanung und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Ärzte und Angehörige

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in oder als examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Zusatzqualifikation Wundmanagement
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Handlungsfeldern der Pflegepraxis
  • Hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
