Ab sofort wird eine Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) für die Sozialstation in Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden, 2-Schicht) gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Erstellung von Pflegedokumentationen
  • Einhaltung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen
  • Anleitung und Beratung von Angehörigen
  • Beteiligung an Dienstbesprechungen und Weiterbildung
  • Pflege- und Betreuung der Senioren in der Tagespflege

Folgende Voraussetzungen sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger/in bzw. Pflegefachkraft (m/w), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Verständnis für alte und kranke Menschen
