Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

· individuelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen

· Empathische Beratung und Anleitung unserer Bewohner*innen

· engmaschige kundenorientierte Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Kooperationspartnern

· Begleitung unserer Auszubildenden

· Durchführung der EDV gestützten Pflegedokumentation nach SIS

· Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team

· Aktive Mitwirkung an internen Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
