## Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Erstellen der Pflegedokumentation

## Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau, staatlich anerkannte/r Altenpfleger/in, Krankenpfleger/in, Krankenschwester oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit betreuungs- und pflegebedürftigen alten Menschen
  • Sie handeln und arbeiten selbständig, verantwortlich und eigeninitiativ
  • Sie sind bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten

## Wir bieten

  • ein attraktives Grundgehalt ab 3.814 € brutto (ESt. 1) für 35 h (EG7 der AVR) für 35 Wochenstunden zzgl. Fachkraftzulage, zusätzliche Schicht- und Zeitzuschläge sowie "Einspring-Prämie"
  • Mitarbeiter mit Kindergeldbezug erhalten eine Kinderzulage
  • 31 Tage Urlaub
  • 25 € Zuschuss zum Deutschlandticket
  • 5,9% des Gehalts zahlen wir zusätzlich in die betriebliche Altersversorgung der Ev. Zusatzversorgungskasse Darmstadt (EZVD)
