Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der pflegerischen sowie medizinische Betreuung und Grundpflege unserer Kund:innen
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des vorhandenen Pflegekonzepts und des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Wundversorgung

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierte/r Altennpfleger/in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zur konstruktiven und kooperativen Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Motivation, Geduld und Einsatzfreude
