Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Crimmitschau suchen wir einen Altenpfleger (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für die Betreuung und Pflege unserer Patienten in deren gewohntem Umfeld.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Tätigkeit in einer angenehmen Arbeitsatmosphäre mit einem unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag. Des Weiteren eine intensive Einarbeitung in die neue Tätigkeit sowie die Chance auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.

Sie unterstützen unsere Patienten bei Verrichtungen des täglichen Lebens, etwa bei der Körperpflege, beim Essen oder beim Anziehen, und motivieren sie zu aktiver Freizeitgestaltung. Sie arbeiten zudem mit den Angehörigen zusammen. Therapeutische und medizinisch-pflegerische Aufgaben, z.B. das Wechseln der Verbände und das Verabreichen von Medikamenten nach ärztlicher Verordnung gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenspektrum.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie einen einfühlsamen Umgang mit unseren Patienten. Zur Ausübung der Tätigkeit ist der Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich.
