Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) in Voll- und Teilzeit.

### Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Pflege der Patienten während des Pflege- und Behandlungsprozess im Bezugspflegesystem
  • Dokumentation
  • pflegetherapeutische Begleitung der Patienten im multiprofessionellen Team

### Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf
  • Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse an der neurologischen Rehabilitation und therapeutischen Pflege
  • zwingend erforderlich ist vollständiger Masernimpfschutz
