  • Für unser Altenpflegezentrum Am Steinberg in Hildesheim suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt
  • Pflegefachkräfte (w/m/d)
  • in Voll- und Teilzeit.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • die Planung und Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Hilfe bei Bewegung und Fortbewegung, Positionierung und Mobilisation
  • Unterstützung bei der Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit durch geeignete Maßnahmen
  • Führen der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellung von verordneten Therapien
  • Teilnahme an Fortbildungen und Qualitätszirkeln
  • Ihr Profil
  • Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit Menschen mit Pflegebedarf
  • Sie achten die christliche Prägung des Unternehmensverbundes und tragen die Ziele und Werte der Diakonie mit
