Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Sicherstellung der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Bewohner durch eine aktivierende, individuelle und ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege
  • Pflegekonzepte und Pflegestandards umsetzen
  • Pflegehilfskräfte anleiten
  • Angepasste Pflege an den Gesundheitszustand der Bewohner und deren Bedürfnisse
  • Pflegeprozesse und deren Qualitätssicherung dokumentieren
  • Koordination des Pflegeprozesses mit anderen Berufsgruppen
