Die VS Spree-Neiße Sozialdienste gGmbH sucht motivierte und freundliche examinierte Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) ambulant für den Einsatz im Bereich Forst und den Bereich Guben.

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • Durchführung der Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege unter Beachtung der Regeln der aktivierenden Pflege aller Pflegebedürftigkeitsgrade nach den geltenden Pflegestandards,
  • Durchführung von Krankenbeobachtung, Durchführung und Einhaltung aller Maßnahmen und Prozesse des Risikomanagements, Prophylaxen, Kommunikation mit den Ärzten, Angehörigen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Pflegeplanung, für den gesamten Pflegeprozesses unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Pflegestufe, Führung der Pflegedokumentation, Mitwirkung am Pflegestufenmanagement ,
  • Teilnahme an der Dienstübergabe, Fort- und Weiterbildungen, Wahrnehmung der Kommunikationsstrukturen
  • Einhaltung des Datenschutzes
