Die Einrichtung stellt Einzel-und Doppelzimmer für 88 Senioren bereit und verfügt über mehrere einladende Aufenthaltsräume und einen Andachtsraum.

  • Grund-und Behandlungspflege gemäß einrichtungsspezifischer Standards, Notfallversorgung
  • Administrative Aufgaben: Planung und Evaluierung von Pflegeprozessen, Pflegedokumentation, Überarbeitung der SIS und Tagesstruktur alle 6 Wochen oder sofort nach Veränderung
  • Angehörigenarbeit (Beratung, Information, Begleitung)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Haus-und Fachärzten (Gespräche, Beratung, Visite)
  • Mitwirkung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines QM-Systems
  • Profil.
  • Berufsabschluss als Alten-, Gesundheits- Kinderkranken- oder Krankenpfleger (w/m/d),
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Freundlichkeit und Offenheit, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Loyalität
  • Bejahung der christlichen Lebensführung
