Ihr Profil:

Examinierte Pflegefachkraft

Stellenanteil 50%

Kommunikationsfähigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

Grundpflegerische Versorgung alter, kranker und behinderter Menschen

Sicherstellung und Mitwirkung bei der Erbringung einer aktivierenden sowie bewohnerorientierten Pflege

Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität unter fachlichen, gesetzlichen und wirtschaftlichen Aspekten

Fachgerechtes Führen von Pflegeplanung und –dokumentation
